A: Complete flexibility! We have over 50 plans on hand, all of which are able to be modified to ensure that you end up with the home that you have dreamed off. Off course if you would prefer to supply us with your own plan we can do that too.
Q: Are you able to provide us with our own choice of finishes?
A: Rapidbuilt has a large range of finishes available. Let us know if you are after something specific.
Q: Can steel-framed homes be built on piers or concrete?
A: Either. Steel framed homes can be direct fixed to concrete slabs or fixed to light weight, cost effective steel piers and are exceptional homes for sloping sites, as the lighter weight of the framing system is less load bearing on the sub floor system.
Q: As an owner build can I erect a Rapidbuilt Home frame?
A: Yes. Our framing is pre-assembled and clearly marked, so provided you can read a simple plan drawing you will have no trouble at all. We fully support you throughout the entire process of building your new home and if you do need any extra help we are only ever a phone call away.
Q: Can you supply me with a timber frame?
A: Yes. If you would prefer to build in timber let us know and we will be happy to supply you with a price for a timber frame.
